warranty

Shrubs and trees are guaranteed for one year from the date of installation at 50%. Replacements will be based on availability of stock and Classic Landscape reserves the right to substitute as necessary. * 

Hardscape material and the workmanship of installation is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. If a piece of hardscape material becomes defective within the first year of installation, we will provide a onetime replacement. If the hardscape material shifts within the first year of installation, due to the natural settlement of the ground, we will provide a onetime adjustment. *

*The landscape warranty does not cover: 

• Accounts that are not paid in full, 
• All Material costs and All Labor costs that are not paid in full, 
• Material (plant, hardscape, other) that was not purchased and installed by Classic Landscape, 
• Damage and or failure caused, in part or in whole, by improper care and maintenance, or by animal, or by insect, or by uncontrollable acts of nature, 
• Free and or unpaid material (plant, hardscape, other), 
• Free and or unpaid labor, 
• Transplanted material (plant, hardscape, other), 
• Sod, Annuals, Perennials, Groundcover, Flowering Shrubs, 
• Material (plant, hardscape, other) replaced under warranty. 

Classic Landscape reserves the right to modify the warranty at any time without prior notification.
